Here at Kuvinn, we work to ensure that our community is fun and safe for all. To ensure that all users can have a positive experience, we have implemented some safety measures. Please take the time to read our complete Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The guardrails we have in place are a summary and should not replace the full terms.
It is important to remember that you are accountable for your posts and interactions with other users, along with any consequences that may result. We protect your privacy so that you can be authentic. Your personal privacy is always safeguarded and only disclosed as required by law. Boundaries on Kuvinn are in place to ensure that everyone feels welcomed and stays safe.
If you see a user who is not following the Rules of Engagement, please report them to Master Control immediately. Users who break our guidelines will be reviewed for possible termination. Reported content will be reviewed by our moderation team. We rely on our community to help keep Kuvinn enjoyable and safe for all users.
No false or misleading information will be tolerated. We will remove any false or misleading information, regardless of whether it was posted with the intention of deceiving others. This includes misinformation, which may include (but is not limited to):
No personal attacks are allowed on this platform. We prohibit any behavior that could be seen as bullying or harassment towards our users. Please refrain from spreading rumors or body-shaming others. Additionally, do not share harmful gossip or encourage others to do so. It is not permitted to make malicious comments about a person's physical appearance, intellect, or personality. We do not tolerate body-shaming, slut-shaming, kink-shaming, or poor-shaming. Do not collaborate with others to target specific individuals. Let's support each other! If you witness bullying or harassment, please report it to Master Control.
Discrimination is prohibited. We do not allow content that perpetuates the oppression of marginalized communities by promoting discrimination or hatred towards specific groups of people. We do not tolerate discrimination against marginalized identities, including, but not limited to:
In some cases, certain words that are typically seen as offensive slurs have been reclaimed by the communities they refer to and are allowed for positive use.
Avoid repetitive or promotional content. We do not tolerate duplicate posts or harmful links. It is acceptable to promote yourself, your sponsors, backers, a brand, or an event. We remove spam and repeated posts. Malicious links must be shared with context or in a manner that clearly shows their destination.
Do not invalidate survivors. According to the CDC, over half of women and one in three men have experienced sexual violence involving physical contact in their lifetime. We want to ensure that our users can openly share their experiences and seek support from their peers.
Survivors of sexual assault and other forms of abuse often face additional scrutiny, derision, and even doubt. Invalidating survivors is never allowed.
This includes statements like “that didn’t happen” when someone shares an assault experience and accuses people (particularly women) of lying about sexual assault more generally. Sexual assault isn’t a punchline.
No excessively sexual content. We want everyone to feel comfortable browsing through the app without encountering overly sexual material. No nudity. We may allow exceptions for artistic content that is not photography. No excessively sexual content. While conversations about sex are permitted, detailed descriptions of explicit scenes are not allowed.
Sexual solicitation is prohibited. Asking for sex or trying to trade sexual content (including feet pictures) is not allowed. Sexual harassment, such as making sexual advances, is not tolerated. Unwelcome comments about appearance, sexual remarks, and other inappropriate behavior that is non-consensual will be removed, and users may be flagged.
No threats of violence. Our users should never be threatened with or subjected to violence. We also limit certain kinds of graphic content. Individuals, factions, and communities should never be threatened with violence on our platform, including anything that displays, promotes, incites, or glorifies violence.
If your comments are about a video game or a fictional character, please make it clear. Do not post images with graphic violence (like deep wounds) or gore.
We want our users to have fun on the platform, but not at the expense of others. We remove posts made in bad faith that are intended to provoke other users, even if no other policy violations are present. However, it is still acceptable to engage in trolling behavior towards us.
These guidelines are not exhaustive, and we will remove content that we believe harms the community. Failure to follow our community guidelines may result in a temporary or permanent ban.
