Kuvinn began with a simple question: Why is it still so hard for dedicated athletes to get the support they deserve? For years, that question stayed with us.
Our founder spent decades in the endurance sports world as both an athlete and an executive—first as a Division I athlete, then a post-collegiate runner with Team Reebok, and later as a multisport athlete balancing training, competition, and a full-time career. Despite talent, discipline, and relentless effort, one reality never changed: meaningful financial support remained out of reach unless you had the right connections.
Even as social media exploded, the system didn’t get any better. Platforms became crowded with ads, noise, algorithms, and expectations that athletes spend as much time posting as they do training. Hard-working athletes were being reduced to clicks, impressions, and content creation. Fans wanted to help. Brands wanted to connect. But there was no place where that connection felt authentic or immediate.
So we built one.
Kuvinn is open source, independent, and 100% self-funded by the founder, its users, advertisers, and sponsors. No investors. No bullshit.
